What I eat in a day as a health coach 🥑🥚

I keep it simple + whole-food focused.

No processed foods—unless it’s my 3-ingredient chips or dark chocolate 🍫

Lots of eggs, protein, veggies, and healthy fats to stay full and energized.

🚫 No dairy (it causes inflammation + skin issues for me)

🚫 No legumes or grains

🚫 No sugar—unless it’s from berries, or very rarely honey or maple syrup

This way of eating keeps my digestion calm, hormones supported, and skin clear.

Not about restriction—just choosing what actually works for my body 🤍
