My Healing Journey
For years, I struggled with a leaky gut and constant illness. My immune system was weak, and I didn’t realize how much the processed, sugary foods I was eating were affecting my health. I felt drained, foggy, and stuck in a cycle of feeling unwell.
Everything changed when I decided to do the Whole30 program. It wasn’t easy at first, but it completely transformed my life. By removing inflammatory foods and focusing on real, nourishing ingredients, I gave my body the chance to heal.
Over time, my gut began to repair itself, my energy returned, and I started to feel like myself again. The Whole30 wasn’t just a diet—it was the beginning of my healing journey and a new relationship with food and wellness.
For years, I struggled with constant fatigue, skin issues, and frequent colds. I tried countless remedies, but nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. Then, I discovered the transformative power of a whole foods diet.
One of the first and most noticeable changes was a significant boost in my energy levels. Before, I relied on sugary snacks to get through the day. Now, I feel energized from morning till night, without the crashes. The steady release of energy from whole foods keeps me going strong.
My skin has also undergone a remarkable transformation. The dullness and breakouts have diminished, replaced by a healthy glow. I attribute this to the abundance of antioxidants and healthy fats in whole foods, which combat inflammation and nourish the skin from within. Hydration plays a key role, too. Whole fruits and vegetables are naturally hydrating, and they help to keep my skin moisturized.
Since adopting a whole foods diet, I've noticed a significant improvement in my immune function. I get sick far less often, and when I do, the symptoms are milder and shorter in duration. The vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in whole foods work synergistically to strengthen my immune system and protect me from illness
Healing through massage therapy
Massage therapy has been a part of my story for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, my hands were drawn to helping, comforting, and easing tension. I didn’t have words for it then, but I believe now that it was a gift placed on my heart early on. Touch felt natural, and healing felt familiar.
There was a season in my life when my body was holding more than it should have. Stress, tension, and pain showed up in ways I couldn’t ignore anymore. I tried pushing through, doing more, and telling myself I was “fine,” but my body kept asking me to slow down and listen.
Massage therapy was one of the first times I truly felt supported in that process. On the table, I learned something powerful: the body remembers, but it also knows how to heal when given the right space. Through consistent massage, I noticed more than just physical relief. My nervous system softened. My breathing deepened. I felt safer in my body again.
As I healed, I became deeply curious about the mind-body connection and how stress lives in the muscles, how emotions show up as tension, and how intentional touch can help release both.
Today, my work is an extension of that calling that began in childhood. Every session is guided by intuition, compassion, and respect for the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Massage therapy isn’t just what I do; it’s how I honor the gift God gave me. It’s my way of loving others well, creating space for rest, and pointing people back to the peace their bodies were designed to know.
As a massage therapy graduate since 2000, I offer decades of experience and personalized care designed to support relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. I have been a massage therapist since 2000, and I want to help my clients reach their health goals. After suffering from digestive issues for many years, I decided to improve my health and eat whole foods. This has changed my life, and I want to share this with others! I want to work with those who are seeking to improve their overall well-being through healthy lifestyle tweaks, shifts in mindset, and through open, judgment-free conversation.
