Health Coaching with Kelli White
It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

About Me.
I have had a passion for helping others since I was a little girl. I have been a Massage Therapist since the year 2000 and I own Cloud 9 - a massage/spa wellness center. For most of my life, I have suffered from a low immune system and stomach & skin issues. After doing the Whole 30 program my gut was healed and it was then I knew that food can heal the body. After healing myself and learning the truth behind what it takes to maintain the highest quality of life through a different yet simple approach, I decided working as a health coach was my next step to helping others. I am driven by my empathic spirit and contagious passion and hope to be the missing link in the healthcare system by listening to my client's needs. Besides working as a massage therapist & health coach, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends. I love being anywhere near the lake & going for nature walks!

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I have been a massage therapist since 2000 and I want to help my clients reach their health goals. After suffering from digestive issues for many years, I decided to better my health and eat whole foods. This has changed my life and I want to share this with others! I want to work with those who are seeking to improve their overall well being through healthy lifestyle tweaks, shifts in mindset, and through open, judgement-free conversation. Here you'll find all the tips, methods, recipes, exercises, and more that have helped me personally to grow, honor myself everyday and become a happy, healthy individual!

Holistic Approach
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Deconstructive Cravings
Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
